I am a PhD candidate in Quantitative Marketing at the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a minor in Computer Science. My research lies at the intersection of the creator economy, artificial intelligence, and economics. Combining multimodal large language models (MLLMs) with econometric methods, I study influencer videos: how consumers form judgments about what they watch, how firms can measure and predict those judgments at scale, and how creators can act on them. Before my PhD, I earned an M.S. in Economics from UW-Madison and a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Fudan University.
Topics: Quantitative Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Videos, Behavioral Economics
Methods: Machine Learning, Video Analysis, Multimodal Large Language Models, Causal Inference
